You have indicated that you want to use number portability. Because we have to be sure that the passed 06 number is correct and really belongs to you, you have received a 5-digit code via SMS. You can return this code via SMS or enter it below and click on 'SEND'.
The code is valid for 48 hours from the first SMS.
If you do not pass the code on to us, we can not start your number portability. If we don't receive a response from you, you will receive a new phone number.

When will my number be transferred?
Within 2 working days we confirm by SMS when your number will be transferred. This date depends on your agreements with your current provider and we unfortunately have no influence on this. In the Netherlands, most providers use a one-month notice period when you are out of contract. For prepaid, it usually takes 5 working days.
If you want to transfer your number on an earlier date, we ask you to contact your current provider about this and (after that) inform us about it via our customer service at 088 - 222 9222
If you want to transfer your number at a later date, you can contact our customer service during office hours (mon-fri 09.00-20.00) via 088 - 222 9222. On Saturdays, you can contact us via chat between 10:00 and 17:00.
